Our sales are primarily processed via Stripe, which provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. In some cases, we may also accept payments through PayPal, bank transfer, or financing or installment options made available through Stripe or related payment providers, such as Affirm where available.

Your payment-related data may be stored and processed through the applicable payment provider’s data storage, databases, and systems. These providers store data on secure servers and use industry-standard safeguards.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your payment information is processed and stored in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s policies and standards, including PCI-DSS where applicable. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction and related legal, accounting, and compliance obligations. After that, your purchase transaction information is handled in accordance with the relevant provider’s policies and applicable law.

Payment processors and gateways generally adhere to applicable industry security standards, including PCI-DSS as applicable.

  2. suppliers and other third parties with whom we have commercial relationships, for business, service-delivery, marketing, or related purposes where permitted by law;
  3. any other organization for any authorized purpose with your express consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Clients and users remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any final content, including any AI-assisted draft, before it is published, distributed, or relied upon.

We do not knowingly use your personal information to train public AI models unless expressly disclosed to you and authorized by you or otherwise permitted by law. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information into public third-party tools unless you are comfortable doing so and have reviewed the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.
